Payment Options

Payment is required to be made in full at the time of the consultation by Visa debit, Visa, MasterCard or cash. Please be aware that we don’t accept AMEX, Diners or personal cheques.

Medicare claims can be made at the time of your appointment.

Your out-of-pocket expenses may be further reduced when your Medicare safety net threshold has been reached. The Extended Medicare Safety Net (EMSN) provides an additional benefit for eligible individuals and families who reach an annual threshold in out-of-pocket costs for eligible out-of-hospital services. To read more about the EMSN benefit caps  visit the Department of Health website. You can check your Medicare Safety Net balance any time using your Medicare online account through MyGov or the Express Plus Medicare mobile app.

Referrals

Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the patient to obtain a referral and to ensure it is kept up to date. Referrals from a General Practitioner are valid for 12 months and those from other Specialists for 3 months. A current referral is required to receive a Medicare rebate.
